Secure Digital Content

Sensitive information in office document files such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Textpad, PDF files can be easily copied, transferred and sold at times, all without the owning organization’s knowledge. Keeping these assets safe, with assurance however, is a great challenge to organizations across the world.

Organizations that have globally distributed information, or companies who work with multiple vendors/partners, have a real challenge in securing their sensitive information from loss. Often the threat of a potential breach limits the scope and use of outsourcing, or inter organization cooperation. When the information is compromised the company looses credibility with its customers, partners and financial markets, and may be out of compliance.

Zafesoft provides solutions that secure the content in sensitive files, with security that cascades copy and paste iterations, as well as proliferation onto heterogeneous media such as hard drives, server, USB, CD and emails etc., while maintaining a transparent non restrictive user interface with the users. Easy to use, in the background security.

It's unique solution for information security and tracking allows “zafed” information to be edited, copied, pasted etc. by authorized user, while passing its “zafed” quality to these copies. In this way the information or portions of it remains secure and traceable throughout its worldwide use, both online or offline.
