EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP

Sandeep Tiwari, CEO

Sandeep drives the product and the vision of Zafesoft. He brings expertise in Management, Business, Security, Operating Systems, Workflow, large scale Enterprise Applications and Databases.

Sandeep (co-founder) was VP of Solutions Marketing at Borland Software, where he started and ran Enterprise Solutions Marketing. He was a VP of Sales and Marketing at SpeeDEV (a startup) for 3 years, where he took the company from 3 to 50 customers (now Kovair, after merger). He ran the Enterprise Channel Sales at Symantec and later at JetForm (now Adobe), creating very successful programs for both. As Director of Marketing and Product Management at Fujitsu Software he created and launched i-Flow (a highly successful product, now called Interstage BPM), for which he also owns a patent. Prior to this he worked at Computer Associates, as a product owner for the Relational Database Group (PM, Marketing, QA, Tech Support, Customer Base etc.). Sandeep has an MBA, and Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Physics.

Simon Blackwell, CTO

Simon Blackwell leads the engineering at Zafesoft, as well as working with other aspects of the company and its vision. He brings a rich and innovative technology background and over 32 years of experience in technology and business, including managing products and engineering organizations. He has worked in a variety of different areas of technology and roles. He was the SVP Technology and Architecture at Washington Mutual Bank, VP of Technology at Avalara and Denali Advanced Integration, and a VP of Technology and Gaming at Wizards of the Coast. He has worked with both large and small teams in both on-shore and off-shore models. He owns several patents. He is also a veteran of the US Army 10th Special Forces and United Nations Joint Security Command. Simon has a BS in Philosophy.

Ken Barker, VP of Business Development

Ken brings over 30 years of experience in running companies, raising funds, and running sales departaments. He ran sales at Securitron, where he headed direct enterprise sales and channel sales, taking the company from scratch to over $15 Million a year in revenue. The company moved to Nevada, and was eventually acquired by a German company. At Insolutions Ken took the revenue rate from around $100,000 per month to $2 Million per month, he left when they were acquired. Ken was also the President at URHG, a holding company that invests in different ventures.

Rolf Fellmann, Director of Sales – Europe

Rolf Fellmann is the Director of Sales for Europe (located in Dusseldorf). Rolf brings over 20 years of successful experience i3n national and international sales – direct and channel sales, people management, business development for hardware, software and services products, including start-ups. With knowledge of various industries and businesses his expertise in strategic development of new markets, as well as his methodical approach make him a great fit for sales leadership. Before starting his own company for sales acceleration, Rolf worked for over 12 years at EMC Corporation – the last 6 years as Global Account Manager. Before joining EMC he worked at Matthiesen Data for around 5 years as Sales Manager.
